What’s included:

  • Weekly Zoom calls over 11 weeks (Thursdays, 6-7:30 pm Eastern time) from February 17-May 5 (no class on Thursday, April 17).  Each call will be a combination of a teaching/lesson on the weekly theme/topic along with time for smaller break-out groups to continue the discussion as well as 1:1 mini coaching sessions.

  • A comprehensive curriculum to guide you through the different steps of the divorce journey beginning with fear, rejection and grief and leading to freedom, purpose and a life you never imagined.

  • Reflection and journaling questions to help you dig deeper into understanding where you are, what you’re feeling and what you’re going through.

  • Meditations to help you regulate your nervous system and find calm in the midst of the storm.

  • Exercises and worksheets to help you track your progress and do the work to create a map to your “what’s next?” – even if you don’t know what that is right now.

  • A supportive community and private Facebook group solely for program participants to share your story, learn from others, get feedback and support as you take steps necessary to move your life forward, and connect with other women who are also going through separation/divorce and know exactly what you’re going through.
